SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your receipt of text messages from Nexvore Technologies LLC ("Nexvore," "we," "us," or "our") through our products DashLab360 and Startup16. These SMS Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Programs

Nexvore operates the following SMS messaging programs:

• DashLab360 Sprint Analysis Alerts: Transactional notifications related to sprint video analysis, team invitations, and account alerts for track and field athletes, coaches, and parents.
• Startup16 Session Notifications: Transactional notifications including AI interview appointment reminders, call status updates, and AI-generated startup analysis responses for entrepreneurs and founders.

2. Consent and Opt-In

You consent to receive SMS messages from Nexvore by providing your phone number during one of the following actions:

• Creating an account on DashLab360 or Startup16
• Adding your phone number in your account profile or settings
• Sharing an analysis result or sending an invite that includes SMS delivery
• Texting our service number to initiate a conversation

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded text messages from Nexvore Technologies LLC at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Providing your phone number is optional and is not required to use the Services.

3. Message Types

All messages we send are transactional and service-related. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages. Message types include:

• Sprint analysis completion notifications
• Team roster and family connection invite codes
• Account security alerts and password reset codes
• AI interview appointment reminders (15 minutes before scheduled calls)
• Call status notifications (completed, missed, resumed)
• AI-generated analysis responses to user-submitted content

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage of the Services:

• DashLab360: Most users receive 1 to 5 messages per month, depending on how many videos they upload and invites they send.
• Startup16: Users typically receive 2 to 3 messages per scheduled AI voice session, plus 1 to 3 response messages per text-submitted idea.

5. Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Nexvore does not charge any fees for sending or receiving SMS messages. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

6. Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP: Text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts.
• Account Settings: Remove your phone number from your account profile on DashLab360 or Startup16.
• Email: Contact us at contact@nexvore.com and request removal.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use other features of the Services. After opting out, you may opt back in at any time by texting START or by re-adding your phone number in your account settings.

8. Privacy

Your phone number is collected and used solely for delivering the transactional messages described above. We share your phone number only with Twilio, our third-party SMS delivery provider, for the purpose of delivering messages. Your phone number is:

• Never sold, rented, or leased to third parties
• Never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes
• Stored securely and retained only while your account is active
• Deleted within 30 days of account closure

9. TCPA Compliance

By opting in to receive messages, you expressly consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages from Nexvore Technologies LLC at the phone number you provide. This consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at contact@nexvore.com.

10. Supported Carriers

Our SMS services are compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint/T-Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our SMS services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
