1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information when you use our Services:

• Account Information: Name, email address, password, and role (athlete, coach, parent, founder).
• Phone Number: If you choose to provide it, your mobile phone number for SMS notifications, invite delivery, or voice call services. Providing your phone number is optional and is not required to use the Services.
• Profile Information: Age, athletic details (for DashLab360), or business details (for Startup16).
• Payment Information: Billing details processed through our payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, browser, and IP address.
• Uploaded Content: Videos, images, or other files you submit for analysis.
• Communications: Messages you send to us through email or in-app support.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
• Process transactions and send related notifications.
• Deliver AI-powered analysis results (sprint analysis, startup scoring, etc.).
• Send service updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Monitor usage patterns to improve product quality and reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and understand how our Services are used. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may limit some functionality.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our Services. These providers have access only to the information necessary to perform their functions:

• Microsoft Azure: Cloud hosting, data storage, and infrastructure.
• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's use of your data is governed by their Privacy Policy.
• Twilio: SMS messaging, voice call delivery, and phone number verification. Your phone number and message content are shared with Twilio solely to deliver messages and calls. Twilio's use of your data is governed by their Privacy Policy.
• AI Model Providers: We use third-party AI services (such as Anthropic and Google) to power analysis features. Uploaded content may be processed by these providers in accordance with their data handling agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements). Uploaded videos and analysis results are retained for the duration of your active subscription and deleted within 90 days of account closure.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@nexvore.com and we will promptly delete that information.

Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the Services with parental or guardian consent. Minor accounts are subject to additional safeguards, including restricted access to payment features.

7. SMS and Voice Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages, you consent to receive transactional SMS and MMS messages from Nexvore Technologies LLC and its products (DashLab360 and Startup16). These messages may include:

• Analysis result notifications (DashLab360)
• Team and family invite codes (DashLab360)
• Account and security alerts
• Appointment reminders and call status notifications (Startup16)
• AI-generated analysis responses (Startup16)

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. All SMS messages are transactional and triggered by your actions on the platform.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also remove your phone number from your account settings. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use other features of the Services.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your usage. DashLab360 users typically receive 1–5 messages per month. Startup16 users typically receive 2–3 messages per scheduled call.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Nexvore does not charge fees for SMS messages.

TCPA Compliance: By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages from Nexvore Technologies LLC at the phone number you provide. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke this consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
• Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data.
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
